Each lot has its own dedicated 24×24 boat slip with pier, large enough for 2 full size boats/and or equivalent PWCs. Each lot has a brand new completed mono-poured seawall. Utility taps are present with natural gas, force main sewer, underground electric, and water by owned or shared well depending on lot layout. 40 mbps internet and phone service is available as well. Ownership of lot will also include membership to the HOA and access to all of the amenities.
All building sites must be of a single family home design, including a walkout basement, and 2-car garage. Plans must be approved by the developer and meet the covenants and restrictions of the development. Our sales team and developer are here to help. We would be more than happy to discuss making lake living a reality.

It is your decision. Portable lift systems, permanent docks, or leaving as is are all permitted uses. 2nd story walkways from dock to home are permitted as well. “Pitched roofs” are the only prohibited restriction we have on docks. This is to protect the neighboring property owners views .
